Prerequisites/Requirements: A copy of the 18 selected verses (one from each chapter) and a quiet space for chanting.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Identify the designated period for Gita Week (August 28th to early September).
- Set aside a few minutes each day during this week for recitation.
- Choose to either chant a few verses daily or all 18 selected verses in one sitting.
- If comfortable with Sanskrit, recite the transliterated mantras provided for each of the 18 chapters.
- If Sanskrit is difficult, read the provided English translations.
- Reflect on the philosophical meaning of the verses to aid in spiritual progress and self-realization.
