• Objective: To honor the spiritual master and intensify spiritual progress.
• Prerequisites/Requirements: Clean clothes, meditation space, flowers, fruits, incense, and camphor.
• Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Wake up at Brahma Muhurta (at 4 a.m.).
2. Meditate on the lotus feet of your Guru.
3. Perform vigorous Japa and meditation in the early morning.
4. After taking a bath, worship the lotus feet of your Guru (or their image/picture) using flowers, fruits, incense, and camphor.
5. Observe a fast or take only milk and fruits for the entire day.
6. In the afternoon, gather with other devotees to discuss the teachings and glories of your Guru.
7. Alternatively, observe a vow of silence and study the Guru’s writings.
8. At night, assemble again with devotees to sing the Names of the Lord and the glories of the Guru.
